Now Hiring: Landscape Team Members
We’re seeking reliable team members who can listen to instruction, work hard, and help us bring our clients’ outdoor visions to life. The ideal candidate is focused, coachable, and ready to work collaboratively on a variety of landscape projects — from installations to maintenance and remodels.
What You’ll Do
Assist with landscape installations, including planting, sod, mulching, and hardscaping.
Perform lawn and property maintenance such as mowing, trimming, weeding, and debris removal.
Safely operate hand tools and small machinery (training provided).
Follow directions from supervisors and contribute as part of a team.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Previous landscaping experience is a plus but not required — we’ll train the right person.
Physical Ability: Comfortable performing demanding tasks in various weather conditions; can lift 50+ lbs regularly.
Mindset: Reliable, coachable, and willing to learn.
Skills: Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment (training provided).
License: Valid driver’s license required.
